摘要
目的用冷喷涂技术在钢基板上制备了铜涂层,研究冷喷涂覆铜板与轧制覆铜板的性能差异,探讨用冷喷涂技术替代现有轧制技术制造覆铜钢板的可能性.方法采用OlympusGX71金相显微镜对涂层界面进行金相组织观察并拍照;采用光切法测定了涂层的表面粗糙度;采用贴滤纸法测定了涂层的孔隙率.结果涂层界面形貌的不同反映出两种涂层的结合机理不尽相同,冷喷涂层界面出现明显的机械咬合现象,而轧制涂层以冶金结合为主;冷喷涂层组织致密,孔隙率随着喷涂厚度的增加逐渐降低;冷喷涂层的表面粗糙度高于轧制覆铜板,有必要对其进行一道轧制处理,改善涂层表面平整度.结论冷喷覆铜板涂层组织细密,气孔率低,提高了涂层的性能,可以有效代替现有的覆铜钢板.
In order to compare with the properties of cold-sprayed composite board and copper clad laminate, this study uses copper coating on the steel board which is obtained by using the cold gas dynamic spray technology. The method of the study is using Metallographical examination, surface roughness and poriness of the copper coating ware. Results show that different structures of the coating reflect different combination mechanism. There was an obvious phenomenon of mechanical occlusion on the cold spray coating interface, and the rolled coating had the phenomenon of metallurgical bonding; The structure of cold-sprayed coating is dense. The poriness of the cold-sprayed coating gradually reduce as the coating's thickness increase. The surface roughness of cold-sprayed coating is higher than the rolled surface of steel board. Cold spray coating can replace the existing copper plate effectively.
