摘要
综观我国房地产业的现状,金融危机使房地产业加快进入调整期,但房价依然过高,房地产市场虚火仍旺,房价震荡跌涨是其理性回归过程,预期房地产业真正回升还将有一段时间。建议:改革土地转让收费制度,以大幅度降低住房价格;采用"共有产权"形式解决低收入群体的住房问题。只有广大百姓的安居,才是房地产业健康发展之路。
From the overview of the current situation of China' s real estate industry, it is obvious that financial crisis made real estate industry goes to the adjustment period. But house prices are still high and real estate market is still prosperous. The volatility and inflation of house prices will be its rational process. The real estate industry is expected to rebound in a year. Therefore, it is suggested to reform charge regulation of lad transfer in order to reduce house prices. It is also recommended to solve the housing problems of low-income groups through "common property right". After all, only people' s good and prosperous life can make the real estate industry developing healthily.
