正交试验法优选复方茜草胶囊提取工艺的研究

Optimization of Extracting Technology for Fufangqiancao Capsules by Orthogonal Test

目的:优选复方茜草胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以高效液相色谱法测定提取液中大叶茜草素的含量,及浸膏得率为指标,优选复方茜草胶囊的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量的90%乙醇加热回流2次,每次2 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定,安全,简便易行。

Objective： To establish the optimal extraction technology of fufangqiancao capsules.Methods. The content of mollugin and dry extractive material taken were set as indexes for Orthogonal test. Results. The optimum extraction conditions were 10 fold of 90% alcohol marinating 0.5 h, decocting 2 times and 2h each time. Conclusion.. The optimum technology of fufangqiancao capsules is simple, stable and effective.
