颊部恶性肿瘤切除后缺损的修复及临床比较分析

Compared and Analyzed the Clinical Application in Defect Repair after Excision of Buccal Malignant Tumor

目的:选择各种组织瓣用于颊部恶性肿瘤切除后缺损的修复,以获得良好的外观和功能重建。方法:对已采用的舌瓣、腭瓣、颈阔肌肌皮瓣、颊脂垫瓣、前臂游离皮瓣及胸大肌肌皮瓣等修复方法的临床应用进行比较分析。结果:50例患者中,除1例出现植皮全部坏死、1例颈阔肌肌皮瓣出现部分坏死外,其余患者组织瓣修复全部成活,患者获得满意的外观和功能。结论:在颊部恶性肿瘤切除后缺损的修复中,应根据肿瘤的性质、范围、患者的全身及局部情况和组织瓣供区的条件进行合理的选择,以获得患者满意的生存质量。

Objective： To explore the better choice of tissue flaps applied in defect repair after excision of buccal mali-gnant tumor,to restore the best shape and it＇s function.Methods：The clinical application in buccal defect repair were compared and analyzed by tongue flap,palate flap,platysma flap,buccal fat pad flap,free forearm flap and pectoral major myocutanous flap,etc.Results：Of the 50 cases,except 1 case with transplantation of free skin whole necrosis and 1 case with platysma flap partial necrosis,the other tissue flaps survived completely.The relative satisfactory appearances and functions were achieved.Conclusion：Defect repair after excision of buccal malignant tumor depended on the character and range of tumor,as well as to patient＇s state and condition of tissue flap.If reasonably selected,patients would be satisfied with their living quality.
