摘要
目的:观察卡托普利对兔血浆t-PA和PAl-l活性水平的影响.方法:选用新西兰白兔11只,给予卡托普利0.5mg/kg,ig.用药前及用药后2h各采集静脉血1ml,采用发色底物显色法测定血浆t-PA和PAl-l活性.结果:应用卡托普利2h后血浆t-PA活性显著增高,PAl-l活性明显降低.t-PA与PAl-l比值显著升高.结论:卡托普利可以促进纤溶系统的功能.
AIM:To observe the effect of captopril on the plasma activity of t-PA and PAI-1. METHODS:Captopril was administered at a dose of 0. 5mg/kg by a gastric tube injection in 11 New Zealand white rabbits. One ml of anticoagulant whole blood sample was drawn before and 2 hours after the administration of the drug. The plasma activity of t-PA and PAI-1 were measured with spectrophotometric assay. RESULTS:The plasma activity of t-PA increased significantly after captopril was administered.In contrast,the plasma activity of PAI-1 decreased significantly after use of the drug. CONCLUSION:Captopril can promote the function of fibrinolysis system.
