论综合性大学教师教育的体制创新 被引量:6

On the Systematic Innovation of Teacher-Education in Integrative University

摘要 对于那些经合并进入到综合性大学的传统师范院校来说,原有的师范传统及教师教育运行体制可能会受到很大的挑战,甚或会在合并的过程中流失。对于这一类综合性大学中的教师教育来说面临着更为紧迫的体制创新。为此,我们需要重新反思师范教育的传统与教师教育的独特性,明确师范教育体制的发展历程与基本经验,进而实现办学体制、学科建设体制以及教师专业教学机构设置体制等方面的创新。 The normal tradition and the teacher-education system may be challenged or lost in the progress of combining into integrative university. It is very important to carry out systematic innovation for this kind of teacher-education. It is needed to reflect on the value of the normal tradition and the characteristic of teacher-education and clarify the establishment of normal educational system, and its progress and basic experience of integrative and university transition development to further realize the innovation of school-running system, disciplinary-construction system, and teaching institutions" setting of teacher professional system.
