夏热冬冷地区居住建筑体形系数对建筑能耗影响的分析 被引量:13

摘要 控制体形系数是基于采暖空调设备连续运行时减少外表面换热面积。而夏热冬冷地区的居住建筑采暖空调设备绝大多数为间歇性运行,采暖空调房间的传热面由外内围护结构共同构成,外围护结构对房间采暖空调负荷影响显著下降。以南京地区一组建筑为例,使用动态模拟软件DeST-h,研究在采暖空调间歇运行模式下,居住建筑体形系数与全年采暖空调能耗的关系,分析表明,在采暖空调间歇运行模式下,居住建筑能耗与体形系数并没有必然的对应关系,不必对居住建筑体形系数严格限制,可以适当放宽要求。 Shape coefficient control is aimed to reduce the heat exchange area based on the continnous operation of heating and air-conditioning facilities. However, in hot summer and cold winter areas,the vast majority of heating and air conditioning facilities in residential buildings are operating intermittently. The heat transfer area of air-conditioned room is composed of both outer and inner building envelope and the influence of outer building envelope on the load of heating and air-conditioning facilities has become lighter. Taking a group of buildings in Nanjing Region as an example,with the help of the dynamic simulating software DeST-h,the relation between the shape coefficient of residential building and annual total energy consumption under intermittent operation mode of heating and air-conditioning facilities is studied. The research indicates that when the air-conditioning is operating intermittently,there is no corresponding relationship between shape coefficient of residential building and annual total energy consumption. Consequently, the strict restriction for building shape coefficient is unnecessary, and it can be lighter opportunely.
