摘要
通过选用不同掺量的纤维素醚和可再分散乳胶粉配方,研究是否预热处理混凝土基板对瓷砖粘结剂28 d标准养护、水养、热养和20 min开放时间粘结强度的影响。预热处理混凝土基板对瓷砖粘结剂的标养及开放时间后拉伸粘结强度的影响不是很大;但对水养及热养拉伸粘结强度会产生不同的影响。
The impacts of preheated concrete slab on bonding strength of tile adhesive during 28 d standard curing, water immersion,heating aging and 20 min open time are investigated by selecting formulation of different cellulose ether and re-dispersible powder amount. The results show that the preheated concrete slab has less impact to the tensile bonding strength of the tile adhesive after standard curing and open time;however, it will bring different impact to the tensile bonding strength during wa- ter immersion and heating aging.
