噻唑烷二酮类药物吡格列酮盐酸盐的合成研究 被引量:3

摘要 以5-乙基-2-羟乙基吡啶为起始原料,经过缩合、还原、重氮化、环化、水解和成盐六步反应,合成了噻唑烷二酮类药物吡格列酮盐酸盐,总收率32%。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析等确定了其化学结构。 Using 2-(5-ethyl-2-pyridyl) ethanol as starting materials, pioglitazone hydrochloride is synthe- sized by condensation, reduction, diazotization, eyelization, hydrolysis and saltilization, and the yield is 32%. The structure of compound is confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis.
