摘要
研究了肉桂醛碱性水解-水蒸气蒸馏耦合体系馏分中油水两相组成的对应关系,实验结果表明,在常温下苯甲醛(或肉桂醛)在水层中和油层中摩尔分数存在良好的对应关系:x苯甲醛水=31.76 lnx苯甲醛油-46.33;x肉桂醛油=24.03 lnx肉桂醛水-19.17。样品检测时,只用UV检测馏出物水层即可得到油层的组成。
The research studied the relationship of the component of oil-water phase which was prepared by coupling of alkaline hydrolysis-water vapor distillation of cinnamaldehyde. The result of this experiment showed that: there is the definite relationship of mol percent of benzaldehyde (or cinnamaldehyde) in the water layer with oil layer:Xbw= 31.76 InXBo -46.33 ;Xco = 24.03 Inxcw-19.17. The component of the example can be obtained only using UV to analyze the water layer.
