摘要
介绍了以UGNX6.0/KF为开发平台的塑料异型材挤出模设计KBE系统,并以分流支架、分流锥设计为例,对建立的系统知识库、功能模块及用户界面的开发进行了详细分析,将KBE技术与挤出模设计理论和实践经验紧密结合,提高了塑料异型材挤出模设计效率和质量。
A knowledge-based engineering system for a plastic profile extrusion tooling based on UGNX6. 0/KF was described. Taking the design of a distributary bracket and a spreader as an example, the development of a system knowledge base, a function module and a user interface was discussed. A combination of KBE technology, the design theory of profile extrusion tooling and practice can increase the design efficiency and quality.
