摘要
分析了三通直管接头塑件的结构特点与成型工艺,介绍了三通直管接头注射模结构、设计要点及模具工作过程,重点说明了侧向抽芯机构的结构特点,导滑机构和整体式型芯机构的设计使模具结构紧凑、制造方便。
The structure characteristic and forming process of a plastic threeway straight pipe joint were analyzed. An injection mould for the joint was developed. The mould its structure, design points and operating process, in particular, the structure features of side core-pulling mechanism, the design of guide mechanism and integral core mechanism were presented.
