摘要
对燃煤循环流化床内用碳酸钙脱硫反应进行了系统的热力学分析,得到了在燃烧温度下SO2、SO3的平衡分压曲线和反应的热效应;热力学计算表明:在温度800~850℃时,SO2和SO3的平衡分压很小,燃烧产生的SO2、SO3可以近似完全地被碳酸钙热分解得到的CaO脱除;体系反应放出热量,不会影响锅炉的效能;最优脱硫的温度是800~850℃。
In this paper, a systematic thermodynamic analysis has been carried out on coal-fired eireulating fluidized bed. SO2 and SO3 equilibrium partial pressure curve and the thermal effect has been obtained in the combustion temperature. Thermodynamic calculations show that SO2 and SO3 equilibrium partial pressure is very small under the temperature 800℃ and 850℃, SO2, SO2 can be approximated removed by CaO; Reaction system emit heat, does not affect the performance of the circulating fluidized bed; Optimum temperature of desulfurization is 800℃to 850℃.
