摘要 从现有薪酬制度存在的主要问题,剖析了薪酬与福利各自的作用以及相互之间的区别,通过市场对标,发现存在现有薪酬总体水平缺乏市场竞争力、现有薪酬结构分布不合理、不同性质的岗位市场价值区分度相对不足、子公司与集团公司之间形成了薪酬倒挂、考核过程中过度的人性化导致了考评的非显著性差异使绩效考核失去了与薪酬挂钩的实际意义等问题。在此基础上,提出推进薪酬制度改革、建立激励机制、提高企业竞争力等一系列建议。 From market analyzing, it was analyzed that the difference between salary and benefits, as well as the usage of salary and benefits. It was found that there was a lack of market competitiveness of the current salary system, and the structure of the salary system was not rational, and the market value of different types of positions was lack of differentiation, and there was a salary inversmn between the subsidiary company and the parent company, and too much humanistic factors were considered in the assessment system that there wasn't significant difference in the performance assessment and it led that the performance assessment could not be really linked with the salary, and so on. So, we need to promote the reform of salary system, set up an incentive mechanism and enhance the competitiveness of the company and so on.
