干扰素加胸腺肽穴位注射治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Hepati- tis B with Acupoint- Injection of Interferon plus Thy- mosin

以 α-干扰素 2 0万 IU加胸腺肽 1 0 mg,足三里、三阴交和肝俞交替注射 ,治疗慢性乙型肝炎 ,同时以 1 0 0万 IUα-干扰素隔日肌注并加胸腺肽 1 0 mg每日肌注为对照。结果肝功能 (SAL T)复常率治疗组与对照组分别为 86 .5 %和 75 .0 % (P>0 .0 5 ) ,HBe Ag阴转率两组分别为 6 5 .8%和 5 9.6 % (P>0 .0 5 ) ,HBV-DNA阴转率两组分别为 71 .1 %和 6 9.2 % (P>0 .0 5 )。

Chronic hepatitis B was treated by alternate injec- tion of 2 0 0 ,0 0 0 IUα- interferon plus 10 mg thymosin into Zusanli ( ST36) ,Sanyinjiao ( SP6) and Ganshu ( BL18) .At the same time,muscular injection of1mil- lion IUα- interferon every other day and muscular in- jection of 10 mg thymosin every day were used as con- trol.Results indicated that the rate of SAL T recovery normal was86.5% in the theatmentgroup and75.0 % in the control group without significant difference( P >0 .0 5) ,the rate of HBe Ag turning negative was 65.8% and 59.6% ( P>0 .0 5) ,the rate of HBV- DNA turning negative was respectively71.1% and 69.2 % in the two groups( P>0 .0 5) .
