艾灸从瘀论治中老年痛症的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Pain in Old and Middle- Aged Persons with Moxibustion According to Stasis Syndrome

对中老年痛症患者血瘀状况采用积分的方法 ,观察艾灸前后积分值的变化 ,以研究痛症与血瘀证的关系及艾灸从瘀论治的临床效应。结果显示 ,艾灸前后中老年痛症血瘀之积分值、人次及血瘀程度的轻重、疗效对比 ,均有极其显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。提示艾灸对改善中老年痛症血液瘀滞具有良好的效应 ,艾灸对血液净化作用是其化瘀除痛的主要机理。

Changes of integral values were observated in old and middle- aged patients of pain with blood stasis be- fore and after moxibustion by means of integration for study of relationship between pain and blood stasis syndrome,and clinical effects of moxibustion according to stasis syndrome.Results showed that there were very significant differences( P<0 .0 0 1) before and af- ter moxibustion in integral values of old and middle- aged patient s pain and blood stasis,person- times,ex- tent of blood stasis and therapeutic effects.It is sug- gested that moxibustion has good efficacy of relieving pain with blood stasis in old and middle- aged patients. Action of moxibustion purifying blood is a major mechanism of romoving stasis and relieving pain.
