冬小麦新品系中梁9996选育报告

Breeding Report of a New Winter Wheat Strain Zhongliang 9996

冬小麦新品系中梁9996是天水市农业科学研究所小麦抗锈育种中心以"holdfast"为母本,"中梁22号"为父本杂交,经多年选育而成。该品系株高105.7 cm,穗长7.18 cm,千粒重38.83 g,容重779.0 g/L;籽粒含粗蛋白130.8 g/kg(干基)、湿面筋294.0 g/kg,属中筋粉专用品系。该品系抗寒、抗旱性强,稳产性好,对条锈病表现高抗至中抗,轻感白粉病。经2006—2008年甘肃省陇南片区域试验,平均折合产量5 844.8 kg/hm2,较对照品种中梁22号增产15.0%。适宜天水市及周边干旱和半干旱地区种植。

Zhongliang 9996 was a winter wheat strain bred by crossing with the parental combination of holdfast/Zhongliang 22 in Rust-resistant Wheat Breeding Centre, Tianshui institude of agricultural science. The result showed that the strain was middle gluten flour which the plant height, ear length, thousand grain weight, bulk weight, crude protein content（dry base）, wet gluten were 105.7 cm, 7.18 cm, 38.83 g, 779.0 g/L, 130.8 g/kg, 294.0 g/kg, respectively. The strain was strong cold resistance and drought resistance, and good stable, while it was also resistant to stripe rust at high to medium, slightly susceptible to powdery mildew. The average yield of Zhongliang 9996 was 5 844.8 kg/hm^2 and t5.0% higher than of the check Zhongliang 22 during the period 2006-- 2008 in Tianshui regional tests. It was suitable to plant in the arid and semi-arid region in Tianshui and surrounding area.
