咪鲜胺生产工艺的改进措施

摘要 咪鲜胺生产以2,4,6-三氯苯酚为起始原料,依次与1,2-二氯乙烷、丙胺、三氯甲基碳酸酯和咪唑反应制备。采用加压醚化、蒸馏精制、萃取分离、薄膜蒸发和废水循环等技术改进措施,可使原药含量达到98%以上,工艺总收率超过78%,并使废水减少80%。 Prochloraz was produced by 2,4,6-trichlorophenol as an orginal material, reacted with 1,2-dichloroethane, propylamine, bis(trichloromethyl)arbonate and imidazole one by one. Through using pressure etherification, distilling purification, extraction separation and thin film evaporation, which can improve overall yield to above 78% and the content above 98%, and reduce the waste water to 80%.
