摘要
建立了烯肟菌胺原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用Phenomenex Luna C18(2)柱,紫外可变波长检测器,检测波长275nm;以乙腈-水(体积比85∶15)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min。外标法对主要成分进行定量分析,在0.05～10.0mg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为96.2%,样品测定的标准偏差0.0285,变异系数为0.2953%。
A method was established for analyzing SYP-1620 by HPLC using the Phenomenex Luna C18（2） column and a variable wavelength UV detector at 275 nm, the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water（85：15, by vol） at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. Quantitative analysis of effective ingredients was carried out using external standard method. The results demonstrated that the linearity correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 in the range of 0.05-10.0 mg/L, the average recovery was 96.2%, the standard deviation was 0.028 5, the variation coefficient was 0.295 3%.
