摘要 建立了气相色谱法-ECD测定水体及底泥中6种农药和3种代谢产物的分析方法,水样采用C18固相萃取柱富集,底泥经过加速溶剂萃取,用弗罗里硅土净化并和振荡提取进行比较。方法在0.01~1mg/L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9988~0.9998,目标物的回收率分别为底泥64%~107%、水样76%~111%。并用该方法测定了苕溪流域采集的样品中目标物的残留量,实际测定结果表明:水体中乙草胺、苯醚甲环唑均未检出,其他几种物质都有不同程度检出,底泥中只有苯醚甲环唑未检出。 A simple and fast method has been developed to analysis of 6 pesticides and 3 metabolites residues in water and sediment by gas chromatography. The pesticides were extracted from water with octadecylsilica (C18) SPE cartridge and from sediment with accelerated solvent extraction, purified using florisil. The linear correlation was 0.9988-0.9998 between concentrations range of 0.01-1 mg/L and the recoveries were in the range of 64-107% in sediment samples and 76-111% in water samples, respectively. This method was used to determine samples of Tiaoxi River. The results showed that: pesticides were detected in water except acetochlor and difenoconazole and in sediment except difenoconazole.
