科技创新人才概念及统计对象界定研究——以甘肃为例

The Study on the Definition and Statistical object of Technology Innovational Talents:Gansu Province for an Example

目前我国科技创新人才概念仍停留于政策层面,其内涵缺乏统一的界定,边界模糊,统计对象不明确,造成科技创新人才相关政策缺少针对性。本文界定了科技创新人才概念,明确了其统计对象,提出了科技创新人才统计需进一步解决的问题。

It still stays political meaning for term of technology innovational talents in China now. It has no accurate definition, boundary and statistical object. Thus the policies for technology innovational talents lack their service goals. The essay aims at defining technology innovational talents, formulating its statistical object, explaining the problem needed to be solved in statistic of technology innovational talents.
