The spread of the international financial crisis brings about enormous difficulties and valuable development opportunities to the China＇ s economic at the same time. Intellectual property is a weapon that can help us against financial crisis and achieve stable economic growth. The paper put forward an idea to invest in foreign intellectual property, advance some implementation measures.
