艾灸“百会”穴对小鼠盐酸吗啡成瘾行为影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effects of Moxibustion of Bai- hui Point( GV2 0 ) on Behavior in mice of Morphine Hydrochloride Addiction

艾灸“百会”穴观察对小鼠盐酸吗啡成瘾行为 (小鼠竖尾及不停行走的持续时间 )的影响 ,探讨其对戒毒的可行性及机理。结果 :盐酸吗啡成瘾加艾灸“百会”组与盐酸吗啡成瘾对照组比较 ,小鼠竖尾及不停行走时间的差异有显著统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。为灸法戒毒提供了一定的依据。

Effectof moxibustion of Baihui( GV2 0 ) point on be- havior( the duration of lifting the tail and continuous running) in the mice of morphine hydrochloride addic- tion was observated for approach to possibility and mechanism of moxibustion abstaining from drug us- ing.Results showed that there were significant differ- ences in duration of lifting the tail and continuous run- ning between the moxibustion group and the control group in the mice of morphine hydrochloride addiction ( P<0 .0 5) .This provides a certain basis for moxibus- tion abstaining from drug using.
