摘要
外部知识源和内部学习网络共同构成区域技术知识学习和扩散,进而成为自主创新能力整体提升的双翼。本文基于ODI和区域内部学习网络的多主体仿真,动态模拟了地理临近性、知识异质性和吸收转化能力三大影响因素在区域企业进行技术学习及知识创造过程中的作用效果,并根据实验结果,分析各因素对区域自主创新能力提升所产生的影响。
External sources of knowledge and regional internal learning networks work together to help the learning and spreading of technological know -how, so the upgrading of overall independent innovation capability. In this paper, multi -agent simulation which is based on ODI and internal study network will be used to simulate "approach of geography, knowledge heterogeneity, absorption capacity" how to play in the dynamic process of enterprises' technology learning and knowledge creating. According to the results of experiment, the impacts of these factors on enhancing the independent innovation capability of regional will be analyzed.
