摘要
以红地球葡萄为试材,通过施用抗坏血酸(AsA)、苯甲酸钠(SBN)和氯化钙(CaCl2),研究不同种类外源抗氧化剂对高温胁迫下果皮组织对丙二醛(MAD)含量、相对电导度(REC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸-过氧化物酶(APX)活性的影响,比较几种抗氧化剂对提高果实抗氧化能力的效果。结果表明:在高温胁迫下,以施用0.03 mol/L抗坏血酸0、.02 mol/L苯甲酸钠和0.10%氯化钙后,能显著和极显著地降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量,保持膜结构及功能相对稳定性,提高果实CAT和APX酶活性,从而提高了果实抗日灼的能力。
By immersion of fruits in solutions of ascorbic acid(ASA), sodium beneoate (SBN)and CaCl2 the effect of different types of exogenous antioxidants on the activities of MAD,REC ,CAT and APX in fruit grape tissues under high-temperatures tress was examined with Red Globe so as to ascertain the mechanism of fruit resistance to heat stress and explore possible preventive practices. In a comparison of different exogenous antioxidants. The results indicated that as high-temperatures tresses were accentuated,it could be concluded that treatments with 0. 03 mol/L ASA,0. 02 mol/L SBN and 0. 10% CaCl2 ,resulted in the best improvement in fruit antioxidative capability.
