摘要
以日本辣椒"肩车"为砧木,祥林"改良猪大肠"为接穗,进行劈接法和套管嫁接方法的研究。结果表明:套管嫁接法的方法简便,嫁接速度是劈接法的2.09倍,而且嫁接后辣椒植株高大,生长势明显增强,果实中的Vc含量、可溶性糖含量,产量均高于劈接法和自根苗,经济效益较高。因此,套管嫁接技术在设施及大田辣椒栽培上具有广阔的发展前景。
Took the Japanese cultivar'Jianche' as the stock and 'Gailiang Zhudachang' as the scion,cleft grafting and casing pipe grafting, method were studied separately. The result indicated that the casing pipe grafting was a kind of simple method,the grafting speed was 2. 09 times than cleft grafting. The casing pipe grafted plants had an improved strong growth vigour,the contents of vitamin C, sugar of fruit and its yeild was higher than both cleft grafted ones and the seedlings.
