基于问卷调查的脐橙食品安全及产业生态健康分析

Food Safety and Ecological Health Analysis of Navel Orange Industry Based on Questionnaire Survey

对江西地区水果产业的品牌赣南脐橙食品安全和产业生态健康做问卷调查。调查包含:一般消费者对脐橙食品安全问题的认识和关注程度;不同性别、不同年龄人群的认知差异;脐橙食品安全和产业生态健康所存在的主要问题。最后,根据调查结果对脐橙产业生态健康和持续发展提出了一些建议。

A questionnaire survey on the food safety and ecological health of navel orange was conducted on Gannan navel orange. The investigation mainly contained： the awareness and concern of the common consumers on safety issues of navel orange were discovered; the opinions of different age groups and different sexes were compared; main problems of navel orange safety were analyzed. Finally,some suggestions on the ecological health and sustainable development of the navel orange industry were provided according to the survey results.
