摘要
曝气生物滤池的工艺复杂,参数检测困难,并具有大滞后、干扰多等特点,所以要实现该工艺的自动控制,保证生产的稳定、高效运行并非易事。本文就影响曝气生物滤池工艺处理效果的曝气过程提出了溶解氧模糊自适应PID控制算法。仿真表明,模糊自适应PID控制器的控制性能优于常规模糊控制器和PID控制器,既可保证出水水质,又能节约动力费用。
Process of BAF is complex, and parameter testing is diffcult, as well as with large time delay, multi-features such as interference, so it is not easy to achieve automatic control of the process to ensure the stability of production and highly efficient operation. In this artical, the fuzzy adaptive PID control algvrithm of dissolved oxygen-(DO) is proposed for the aeration process which affect BAF process effects. Simulation shows that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is superior to the control performance of conventional fuzzy controller and PID controller, can ensure the water quality, while saving power costs.
