摘要
进行了电动轮汽车保养库变频调速恒压控制系统设计,首先确定了该系统的控制方案,其次研究了PID算法的实现,再次设计了变频器的端子接线及接地,最后设置了变频器的参数。变频调速控制系统确保了恒压供油和快速、稳定加油。
In this paper, a kind of maintaining system of electric-wheel truck based on the technology of variable frequency speed regulating had been researched. Fast the system control scheme is determined. Second, the PID algorithm was realized and terminal wiring and grounding of the inverter is redesigned. Finally, the parameters of inverter is set. Variable frequency speed regulating control system ensure the constant oil supply and fast, stable refueling.
