摘要
分析激光切割机床数控系统进行加工过程中的主要任务并合理划分各功能模块,通过主线程的调度机制保证各任务模块的协调运行。利用工控机和运动控制卡搭建硬件平台进行多轴模块化开放式激光切割机床数控系统开发,对上、下位机完成任务的实时性进行分析。对系统的软、硬件结构及软件开发中的的关键技术进行阐述,并开发出相应的人机交互界面。实验证明,该系统满足现代激光切割数控机床对多轴模块化开放式数控系统的要求。
The main task in maching of laser cutting machine CNC system is analyzed and the models are divided reasonably. The running harmony of every module is ensured by the attemper mechanism of main thread. The multi-axis, modularize and open style CNC system is developed by the motion control card and IPC. The task real time performance of upper block and downer block is analyzed. The key technology of the software,hardware configuration and software explotited is described and the corresponding man-machine conversation interface is developed. It is proved that the demand of modern laser cutting CNC machine tool to the multi-axis, modularized and open style CNC system can be satisfied by this system through experiment.
