摘要
以锥面和半球面为数控自动编程加工的研究对象,采用铣削加工残留高度与加工曲面斜度角的数学分析方法,结合微积分的基本思想和数控等高铣削加工模式的特点,研究得到了MasterCAM等高加工分段自动编程技术的原理、实现的具体方法和操作步骤。通过对半球曲面的实际分段数控加工验证,得出的结果表明MasterCAM等高分段自动编程技术可在保证表面质量的前提下极大提高数控加工效率,节约加工时间。
The principle and realization method of sublevel programming of Contour on MasterCAM are researched completely by analyzing the relation of milling remain height and surface slope degree based on the basic theory of calculus and the characteristic of contour milling.The practical result shows that the technology of sublevel programming of Contour on MasterCAM can improve greatly the efficiency of NC machining under the premise of the ensuring the quality of surface by practical NC milling on semi-sphere surface.
