介绍了大型锻件采用水溶性淬火介质进行淬火的工艺控制要点,其关键就是在保证足够淬硬层的情况下如何尽量减少复杂的热应力和组织应力,提高锻件质量。
The quenching process of large forging was outlined. The essential principle is to accurately controling complicated thermal stress and stuctural stress in precondition of sufficient case depth.
