更昔洛韦联合强的松治疗急性特发性面神经麻痹临床观察

Clinical observation of ganciclovi with prednisone in the treatment of acute idiopathic facial palsy

目的观察更昔洛韦联合强的松治疗急性特发性面神经麻痹的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照试验,选择发病3d内的急性面神经麻痹患者63例,随机分为治疗组32例(更昔洛韦联合强的松加基础治疗)及对照组31例(基础治疗),治疗前后定期对患者进行神经功能缺损评定,神经功能缺损评定采用改良Portmann简易评分法,以治疗第14天分值的改变作为主要疗效判断标准。结果治疗组痊愈率、总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组无明显不良反应。结论更昔洛韦联合强的松能有效改善急性特发性面神经麻痹的预后,无明显不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of ganciclovi with prednisone in the treatment of acute facial palsy. Methods We performed a randomized controlled study on 63 patients, enrolled within 3d of onset, which were allocated to treatment group（ n= 32） or control group（n： 31） randomly. Before and after treatment, we assessed the neurological deficits using Portmann scale. Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to changes of scores at the 14th day. Results At the 14th day, Portmann scale was evaluated. There was a significant difference of Portmann scale scores between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganciclovi with prednisone can improve the neurological function impairment of acute facial palsy, without obvious adverse reaction.
