近视眼的解剖学基础及防治

Rearch on the Anatomical Basis of Visual Physiological Finger Gymnastics

目的:探讨视觉生理性手指操防治近视的解剖学基础。方法:将根据视觉生理中眼内外肌的三联运动的原理编成的视觉生理性手指操,并在改善近视眼患者远视力与传统眼保健操作对照观察。结果:视觉生理性手指操能明显提高或稳住中、小学生的远视力(P<0.05),防近视效果显著优于传统眼保健操。讨论:视觉生理性手指操防近视效果明显优于眼保健操,其原因在于解剖学基础的不同,视觉生理性手指操以直接主动调节为主。

Objective：to explore the anatomical basis of Visual physiological finger gymnastics.Methods：Makes the comparison between Visual physiological finger gymnastics which based on the visual physiology of eye movements both within and outside the muscle of the principle of triple vision and caring-sight exercise in aspect of improvement nearsightedness patient hyperopia strength .Results：The visual physiology finger gymnastics holds can enhance or firm hyperopia strength of the Learning period of young people obviously, It was better than caring-sight exercise in aspect of myopic preauion.Conelusion：Due to the different anatomical basis, the results of the visual physiology finger gymnastics are better than those of the caring-eye exercises in preventing and controlling nearing-sightedness ,The visual physiology finger gymnastics can regulate the eyes directly and positively.
