HPLC法测定驱风口服液中大黄素的含量

HPLC Determination of Emodin in Qufeng Oral Liquid

目的:建立驱风口服液中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:UtimateXB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20);检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄素进样量在0.072～1.452μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为103.2%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:本法简单、准确、重复性好,可以作为驱风口服液的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish an HPLC determination method for emodin in Qufeng Oral liquid.Methods：The Utimate XB-C18 （150mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid （80：20）,flow rate was 1mL.min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 254nm.Results：The linear range of emodin was 0.072 -1.452μg （r =0.9996）.The recovery of method was 103.2%, RSD was 1.1% （n =6）.onclusion ：The method is simple,accurate, repeatable. It is suitable for the routine quality control of Qufeng Oral liquid.
