摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定桑寄生总黄酮的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,以亚硝酸钠—硝酸铝—氢氧化钠为显色剂,在最大吸收波长495nm处对总黄酮进行含量测定。结果:黄酮类化合物在0.0092~0.0552mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9987);测得相思树桑寄生和夹竹桃桑寄生总黄酮的含量分别为13.56mg/g和9.79mg/g。结论:两种桑寄生的总黄酮含量存在明显差异,所建立的紫外分光光度法简便快速,稳定可靠,可用于桑寄生中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a UV spectrophotometry for determination of the total flavonoids in Taxillus chinensis (DC)Danser. nethods:Rutin as reference substance and sodium nitrite-nitrate aluminum-sodium hydroxide as color-showing reagent,at the 495nm wavelength determining the total flavonoids by UV.Results:The flavonoids have a good linearity in the range of 0.0092-0.0552mg/mL (r = 0.9987);the total flavonoids content in T.chinensis.measured respectively 13.56mg/g and 9.79mg/g.Conclusion:The total flavonoids content in T.chinensis have significant difference.The method is simple and rapid, its results are stable and reliable.So the method can be used for determination of total flavonoids of T.chinensis.
