摘要
目的:探讨四味寒热药性与机体脂肪代谢间的相关联系,进一步为中药寒热药性的科学评价打好基础,从而更好地指导临床用药及中药的科学研究。方法:观察四味寒热药物对大鼠肌体乳糜微粒(CM)、中间密度脂蛋白(IDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及游离脂肪酸(NEFA)的影响。结果:寒热药对相比,花椒各组NEFA比黄芩各组显著升高(P<0.05),高良姜各组比黄芩各组显著升高(P<0.05),花椒各组比龙胆草低剂量组显著升高(P<0.05),高良姜各组比龙胆草低剂量组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:寒药模型组由脂酶分解代谢中性脂肪而得的脂肪代谢物明显低于正常组及热药模型组。
