输血是治疗与抢救生命的重要措施,为了保证受血者获得最有效的治疗作用和最大的安全性,在输血前进行配血实验是保证输血安全的一个重要手段。所以,输血安全已经成为广大医务工作者尤其是输血工作人员日益关注的问题,其如何分析疑难配血所产生原因及处理方式,是关系着能否准确、及时、安全、有效地发出"救命血"的重要环节。对2006年9月—2009年5月收治的32例疑难配血进行原因分析及处理措施总结。
