美罗培南治疗恶性肿瘤合并感染28例分析

Application of Meropenem for the Patients with Malignancy Diseases after Chemotherapy Complicated with Infections

目的:评价美罗培南在治疗恶性肿瘤合并感染时的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析28例肺癌等肿瘤合并感染患者应用美罗培南的疗效及不良反应,美罗培南的用量和用法为:1.5～3.0g/d,q8h静脉滴注,疗程5～14d。根据卫生部新药临床研究指导原则标准判定疗效。结果:美罗培南治疗本组恶性肿瘤合并感染的有效率为76.7%。结论:美罗培南治疗恶性肿瘤合并感染疗效明显,安全性好。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of meropenem in the treatment of malignancy diseases after chemotherapy complicated with infections. Methods：A retrospective study protocol was adopted and all the subjects came from oncological department of our hospital. Total 28 lung cancer and other subjects complicated with infection were observed. The dosage of meropenem （made in Shiyao）was 1.5-3.0g/d ,q8h for all the patients and the treatment course in most patients was 5-14 days. Treating efficacy of meropenem was evaluated according to instructing principle of new drug clinical research issued by Ministry of Health. Results：The effectiveness rate was 76.7 % in the treatment of malignancy diseases after chemotherapy diseases complicated with infection.Conclusion： Meropenem is significantly effective and safe in the treatment of malignancy diseases after chemotherapy diseases complicated with infections.
