摘要
以乙二醇(EG)为分散介质,研究了不同分散及处理方法对蒙脱土(MMT)在乙二醇中分散性的影响,用激光粒度仪和光学显微镜对分散效果进行表征。结果表明,采用高速剪切搅拌与超声波分散结合的方法有助于形成蒙脱土粒径相对小而分散均匀的EG/MMT分散体系。在此基础上对EG/MMT分散体系进行沉降分级,可以有效除去难于分散的MMT大团聚粒子。
When EG was used as a dispersion medium, the effects of dispersion methods on the dispersibility of MMT in EG were studied. The dispersibility was characterized by using laser particle analyzer and optical microscope. The results show that a good disperse system is obtained by cooperating high speed shear stirring and ultrasonic dispersion method. Based on the sedimentation of the'system,some big agglomerates are eliminated effectively.
