The application of PAPEMP agent formula to circulating cooling water system im chemical fiber plant was introduced. The application effects of PAPEMP agent were conclude from the aspects such as the water quality conditions including the control of calcium ion, the control of concentration multiple, the change of total iron ion, the situation of bacteria slime, the agent situation, monitoring results and economic analysis. After continuous application for 8 months, the agent showed excellent corrosion and scale inhibition performance in the high concentration multiple operation circulating water. Better application results were obtained. The circulating water calcium ion mass concentration can reach 1 000 mg/L. The concentration multiple increase to more than 5 times.
