固相缩聚生产中变频器节能的原理和应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了变频器的原理和结构。说明了变频器的节能原理。对变频器应用于固相缩聚系统风机设备的负荷特性进行了分析。以固相缩聚生产中预结晶系统为例,说明变频器的节能应用。指出采用变频拖动的方式替代原来的软启动方式,是一种理想的调速控制方式。提高了设备效率,节能降耗,操作方便,经济效益十分明显。 The principle and structure of frequency converter was introduced. The energy saving principle of the frequency converter was briefly explained. The load characteristics of the application of frequency converter to the fan in SSP system were analysed. Taking the precrystallizafion system in SSP production as an example,the energy saving application of frequency converter was explained. It was a ideal speed regulating control method that using variable frequency drive to replace the original soft starting mode. The equipment efficency was increased, the energy was saved and the consumption was reduced, the operation was convenient, the economic benefit was obvious.
