Smoke exhaust system reformation of Barmag texturing machine

对加弹机排烟系统进行改造,原先的排烟系统只有报警而无缺相和过载的保护装置,加装了热继电器(三相保护),从而保证设备正常运行,降低设备故障率,具有改造方便、成本低廉、可行性高等优点。

Reformation was carried out on the smoke exhaust system of Barmag texturing machine. The smoke exhaust system was reformed from the original system having only alarm device but not having protection device for open phase and overload, three-phase protection （adding thermal relay） were installed, the normal operation of the machine was guaranteed, the equipment failure rate was reduced. The reformation have the advantages of conven- ient, low cost and good feasibility.
