摘要
应用固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法—硫酸硝酸法(HJ/T299-2007)和固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法—醋酸缓冲溶液法(HJ/T300-2007)对废水处理污泥进行了浸出实验,并讨论了浸提剂、样品粒径对重金属浸出的影响。结果表明:样品中Zn、Pb和Ni的含量很高,Cr和Cu的含量较低;醋酸缓冲溶液浸提剂的提取效果优于HNO3/H2SO4浸提剂;重金属浸出毒性与样品粒径有密切关系,固体废物颗粒越小,浸出毒性越大。
The test of the leaching toxicity of wastewater sludge was carried out by employing the "Solid waste-extraction procedure for leaching toxicity sulphuric acid & nitric acid (H J/T299--2007)" and "Solid waste-extraction procedure for leaching toxicity'acetic acid buffer solution (H J/T299-- 2007)" of China, respectively. And the effects of extractant and particle size were discussed. The results showed that the contents of Zn, Pb and Ni were relatively higher than those of Cr and Cu in wastewater sludge. The leaching of heavy metal in acetic acid buffering solution was better than that in HNO3/H2SO4 solution. The leaching toxicity of heavy metal is related to the particle size. The smaller the particle size is, the greater the leaching toxicity is.
