摘要
计算了某尾矿库溃坝后尾矿砂的最大泄流量、泄流时间和可能造成的死亡人数,由计算结果可知,该库溃坝后最大泄流量在4316.40~17183.88m3/s之间,泄流时间在79.90~318.09s之间,溃坝可能导致下游30人死亡;溃口越大,最大泄流量越大,泄流时间越短。分析了溃坝后的主要环境影响,尾矿砂中的重金属直接污染土壤,影响该区域内的植被;尾矿砂中的有害物质将进入地表水或渗漏到地下水,使区域地表水和地下水环境悬浮物、重金属超标,并导致水土流失。提出了管理和技术措施以预防溃坝事故发生。
The largest leakage amount, leakage time and death quantity of a dam collapse were calculated. The result was as follows: the largest leakage amount was ranged from 4316. 40 to 17183.88m^3/s, leakage time was ranged from 79.90-318.09s, death quantity was 30. It showed that the bigger the hole was, the larger the leakage amount was, the shorter the leakage time was. The main environment impacts of dam collapse were analyzed. After dam collapse, the soil would be directly polluted and the vegetation around would be impacted by the heavy metal in the tailing, the harmful material would go into surface water and leak into groundwater, in which suspended solid and heavy metal exceed the standard, and lead to soil erosion. The management and technology preventive measures were mentioned to prevent dam collapse.
