多目标可变模糊优选模型及其在水库调度中的应用

Variable multi-objective fuzzy optimization model and its application in reservoir operation

综合利用的水库兴利调度通常考虑的是多目标问题,并且部分目标存在模糊性,可以应用多目标优化决策模型进行决策。为尽可能消除决策过程中的人为性,本文以白石水库为工程背景,针对该水库兴利调度决策的实际情况,采用多目标可变模糊优选模型进行决策。详细阐述了决策过程,决策结果可为水库的实际运行提供参考。

Comprehensive utilization of the reservoir is usually considered as the multi-objective problems,and parts of the objective exists ambiguity.It can be solved by using multi-objective optimization decision-making module.In order to eliminate as much as possible the artificial errors,this paper makes the decision based on actual situation of Bashi Reservoir,which is chosen as an example,by using multi-objective fuzzy optimization model.Details of decision-making process have been explained,and the result can be provided as the reference for the actual operation.
