摘要
β-环糊精经酯化、氨解、氨基保护、环氧氯丙烷交联及脱保护等反应,合成了N-(2-氨乙基)胺基-β-环糊精交联聚合物(PAE-β-CD)。考察了振荡时间、初始质量浓度、温度及pH等吸附条件对PAE-β-CD吸附碱性品红和苯酚吸附量(Qe)的影响。实验结果表明,PAE-β-CD对碱性品红的Qe高于对苯酚的Qe;PAE-β-CD的交联度对Qe几乎无影响,而体系pH对Qe的影响较大。吸附碱性品红时,pH=5~7较佳;吸附苯酚时,pH=6~8较佳。在室温、振荡1h、碱性品红初始质量浓度250mg/L、pH=5.34的条件下,最大Qe达17.9mg/g;在室温、振荡1h、苯酚初始浓度500mg/L、pH=6.14的条件下,最大Qe达15.3mg/g。PAE-β-CD对碱性品红和苯酚的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。
N-( 2-aminoethyl ) amidogen-β-cyclodextrin crosslinked polymer ( PAE-β-CD ), which was used as adsorbent in disposal of phenolic effluent, was synthesized from fl-cyclodextrin by multistep reactions, namely esterification, ammonolysis, amidogen protection, crosslinking with epichlorohydrin and de-protection. The effects of shaking time, initial mass concentration, temperature and pH of system on adsorption quantities( Qe ) of fuchsin and phenol on the prepared PAE-β-CD were investigated. Results showed that Qe of fuchsin was higher than that of phenol, and both Qes were nearly not influenced by crosslinking degree of PAE-β-CD but greatly by pH of system. The appropriate pHs for adsorptions of fuchsin and phenol were 5 -7 and 6 -8, respectively. Under the conditons of 20 ℃ and shaking time 1 h, Qe for fuchsin reached maximum 17.9 mg/g with initial mass concentration of 250 mg/L and pH 5.34 and Qe for phenol maximum 15.3 mg/g with initial mass concentration of 500 mg/L and pH 6. 14. The adsorption equilibrium fit the Freundlich isotherm equation.
