摘要 概述了SO42-/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂的制备方法,详细介绍了浸渍液浓度、沉淀剂、焙烧温度、金属前体、形成沉淀时的pH和陈化温度等制备条件对SO24-/ZrO2催化剂活性的影响,综述了SO42-/ZrO2催化剂的改性方法及SO42-/ZrO2催化剂催化烷烃异构化反应的研究进展,并在此基础上对SO24-/ZrO2催化剂今后的研究发展方向进行了展望。 Owing to environmental restrictions on emissions, alkane isomerization will become an important measure for production of the clean gasoline. SO4^2-/ZrO2 solid super acid catalyst has advantages of high acid strength, easy preparation, heat-resistance, and so on. It has high catalytic activity to alkane isomerization. In this paper, preparation methods of SO4^2-/ZRO2 were reviewed. Effects of preparation conditions including impregnation solution concentration, precipitant, calcination temperature, metallic precursor, precipitation pH and aging temperature on characteristic properties of the catalysts were summarized. Research progresses in alkane isomerization catalyzed by SO24-/ZrO2 and modified SO4^2-/ZrO2 were reviewed. Based on these, the directions of research and development of SO4^2-/ZrO2 solid suoer acid catalysts in the future were predicted.
