阿司匹林镁脲散治疗感冒的临床评价

Clinical Estimation of Complex Aspirin Magnesium-Urea in the Treatment of Common Cold

开放试验共用阿司匹林镁脲散治疗普通感冒病人40例,其中轻度与中、重度之比为1∶3。对发热、头痛、肌肉痛等症的总有效率分别为100％,96.7％,96.7％。综合疗效的总有效率为96.7％。体温恢复正常的时间轻症为26.4±15.64h,中重症为48±24.59h,主要症状控制时间1.835±0.615d。不良反应发生率为10％,主要表现是腹痛、口干、恶心等症状。停药后不良反应可自愈。

An open experiment was performed to use Complex Aspirin Magnesium-Urea (ASMU) to treat 40 patients with common cold. Among them the ratio of the slight to moderate and severe was 1 : 2. The result showed that the total effective rate for the symptoms of fever, headache and muscle pain were 100%. 96.7%. and 96.7%, respectively. The total effective rate for comprehensire effects was 96.7%. The time for temperature recovery was 26.4±15.6 h in the slight patients and 48.0±24.6 h in the moderate and severe patients. The time for major symptoms controlled was 1.835±0.615 days. The incidence of adverse reaction accounted for 10%. The main symptoms of ADRs were abdominal pain, thirst and nausea. The symptoms of ADRs would cease after the drug was stopped.
