摘要 目的通过共有及变异峰率双指标序列法分析两种不同来源的千斤拔红外指纹图谱.方法以石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、水四种溶剂依次提取千斤拔药材不同极性部位成分及其药材测定其红外指纹图谱,研究各个样品之间的异同.结果采用该方法可区别出不同来源千斤拔药材.结论该方法便于两个及以上样品之间的比较,应用范围广,为不同来源的千斤拔药材鉴别及质量评价提供了简便的方法. Objective: To analyze the fingerprint spectra of Radix moghaniae from different places by the method of common and mutation peak ratio in IR and dual-index sequence analysis. Method: Petroleum ether, chloroform, acetic ether and water are used to distill Radix moghaniae chemical constituents which are different polarities and study the differences among those samples by analyzing the fingerprint spectra. Result: The method could be best to distinguish the Radix moghaniae from different places. Conclusion: The method is convenient for comparing more than two samples, and has a large range of application. At the same time, it provides a sententious and convenient method to identify and estimate the quality of Radix moghaniae from different places.
